I am super stoked I was able to find a professional cat groomer here in Indy. These ladies are fantastic! My long haired cat had a sanitary issue on her backside and they got her in quickly and took care of her. We have tried many groomers for our doodles 4 & 6. Just recently one of our dogs had a bad experience at another other local groomer and now she is very aggressive and fearful of grooming. Being groomed for 6 years and never having an issue -what happened to her was personality altering for her.
At all creatures great and groomed they took the best care of our dogs even the one that did not give them an easy time. They took their time to get to know our dogs and make them feel as comfortable as possible. I even received a video of our dog struggling with getting her haircut, instead of giving up. She suggested we come in to make our dog feel more comfortable to finish the service. I completely trust the staff after trying just about every south side grooming business. 10/10, 5 stars.
